Our Mission

The honest way of doing modern eCommerce by ethically delivering the highest quality of much-needed gadgets needs to you.

Our mission began with Genα Digital's proprietor working for a modern eCommerce business and realizing how there was much more room for doing business ethically and being open to the consumers, without only worrying about profits.

Soon, the mission began to launch eCommerce businesses in a few sectors in order to try to sell things with honesty and use ethical means of selling.

 

Our Vision

Our vision is not to sell user electronics, but to do business that can create a new culture and environment of conducting transactions; with honesty and morality.

There are many businesses out there who try to "fulfil" Corporate Social Responsibility by publicly advocating for less-carbondioxide materials or showing off donating to charity.

Gena Digital is here to share their vision with you and give you a new perspective. We want to focus on including making you and our societies as a part of our moral responsibility.

Why do we say that there is such a need?
For starters, many businesses display false info. From making fake "sales-promos" to using fake reviews and not sharing the full story with you, there are many ways in which you have been sold things without you knowing what had happened. Some don't share where they operating from, while others don't share where they are manufacturing from. Some are too afraid to show poor reviews, while others are affecting our communities by stealing photos and videos used in their marketing campaigns that don't belong to them or for which they have not received permission from the owner to use.

How does our vision translate into our actions and interactions with you and our society?
We want to be honest about what we do and what you get. If the reviews were not originally made on our website, we will share that with you in the reviews section. If there are negative reviews made on another platform, we will share that too to let you make an informed decision. If our products are not made where we are operating from, we will share that on our website for you to understand how we operate. If we use someone else's photos or videos, we will either obtain a permission from them or use stock footages that have free license of use. 

 

A NEW ERA OF COMMERCE; Ethical Business

We have moved from basic trading, to revolutions, industrialisation, modernisation, to capitalism.

Gena Digital wants to create a new form of commerce, that is ironically old. This is partially adopted from the Eastern ideas of honest trading from 1,500 years ago. We want to make sure that we are doing our best to sell our cameras, but we want to do it with all honesty and leave the buying decision up to you.

While this does not help increase our profit, and likely makes us lose many potential customers, we do not want to do the right thing in the wrong ways. While we could earn more profit and only start doing things ethically once we have enough money top operate, we wish support from people like you to keep us afloat and always make sure that we make ethical decisions, no matter how big or small we are.

 

Genα Digital's End-Goal for Profits Earned:

Just to be clear with you, we want you to know where your money will end up. While we do not promise to give 1% of our profits to children in Africa, you will be surprised how good it will all end.

After all the expenses and salaries are paid out, the proprietor of Gena Digital has planned to invest each penny back into Genα Digital for the first 5 years.
After the first 5 years, the profits earned from Genα Digital are planned to be stored for improving education in the third-world country-of-origin of the proprietor. We believe that education is one of the best ways of helping not just a third-world country's population, but improving the well-being of the whole world as these populations interact with each other on global business levels, as well as tourist and migrant levels.
